My story
I am an enthusiastic policy expert based in Brussels, with a rich experience of 5 years in EU institutions.

With my versatile education and professional experience in EU policy & data visualisation I have mastered the skills of understanding the latest (digital) policy trends and fitting them into my clients’ context.
Most of my working experience clusters around diverse EU policy areas such as Digital & Green Transitions, Security, Economic Governance etc. To that end, I have worked in EU project acquisition on topics around AI, and participated in project delivery by drafting WPs, conducting market analysis, and aligning & communicating with project stakeholders. Moreover, I am certified in PM² (Advanced), EC’s official project management methodology.
Due to my background in Digital Humanities & my mandate in Deloitte, I am skilled in data visualisation using Tableau and Flourish to design impactful dashboards using visual best practices but also develop new business offerings and help other consultants become certified.
Being a strong advocate of learning & development I am Certified ScrumMaster®, Certified Scrum Product Owner®, and Tableau Consultant, Azure AI (Fundamentals).

Manager eu institutions
During my mandate as a Manager, I developed the EU business by managing key EU accounts, framework contracts and projects for clients such as DG CNECT, DG DIGIT, EUAA and ENISA. Moreover, I managed complex international projects of data compliance for the banking & financial sector related to the data, analytics and AI practice. My core delivery responsibilities consisted of PM and leading digital policy studies including stakeholder engagement (interviews, survey, workshops), policy design and project monitoring & control.

I have responsibly contributed to EU project acquisition, BI agile project delivery & business development. Moreover, as the lead Tableau consultant, I led the hosting of global events that sharpened the l&d of consultants through gamification (Viz Games).

After a successful UX & Dataviz internship at KUL I was hired as an application manager. I was responsible for the cloud transition of our clients such as the Flemish Parliament or the ECB. I take pride in having helped the best of clients to embed digital transition in their daily operations.
